| The time needed for the completion of a retail order is normally between two (2) to six (6) business days. Due to the complexity of the products and process (e.g. dying in a custom colour, special order alterations, synthesis of different products, etc.) the delivery date is not fixed as it depends on the number of different products the order contains, the stock in the warehouse and the diversities of every order. For wholesale users, the maximum time demanded to complete an order is noted on the item card in the field DELIVERY TIME. |
