What do I do if I have returned a parcel but it has been lost
Following the entry procedure of your return in our system, you have received the relevant confirmation message. In the event that ten (10) days after the date you have returned a product you have not been informed that we have received it or the courier service notifies you of an existing problem in your shipment, please contact us immediately providing us with the serial number of your return which appears in the original confirmation of return sent to you by us.
